Poorly dealt with - I certainly don’t expect this from this Calibre of Hotel - that said the meal in the grill on the first night was good as was the service. Had to cancel the morning of due to a family emergency, called, emailed, and even talked to Marriott HQ. They still charged me the full rate even as an elite Marriott Member. No exceptions is what I was told by Ms. Varinja Wokan, Rooms Controller. The server was nice, able to speak English with us when needed, and served us quickly. As in most restaurants in Germany, the wait for the check is long, but I think this is b/c the staff doesn't want to rush you. Feel free to wave your hand and flag down staff when you are ready to pay.

Does not care about the business man - Frankfurt Marriott Hotel
It is a very busy hotel with plenty of business people using it, however you don’t really notice this as there are plenty of staff available in all areas. The breakfast buffet is great but unbelievably expensive. The upgraded WiFi offer is also not worth buying as the standard WiFi is more than sufficient for everything including streaming video.

I always have the schweinshaxe here - it's simply the best in Frankfurt, hands down. We will do everything possible to get you the health services you need to stay independent and out of a nursing home. Check in was quick and easy, and our room was as expected. There is an iron adn ironing board, as well as coffee/tea making supplies. We ate an a la carte breakfast one morning in the restaurant, and, while it was fine, it was extremely expensive. The next morning we ate at the small cafe instead, which was about half the price but had one tall woman working there who was definitely less friendly than other staff members.

The restaurant was a bit difficult to find on foot, and you can wander through some not great areas on the way there. Make sure to Google directions beforehand and look at a map, b/c Wallstrasse runs oddly in this area. Have a beer, have a great time, and don’t forget the Calvados mit Mispelchen.
